How to play Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness
- Matching symbols form a winning cluster when they connect horizontally or vertically on the grid.
- Each winning symbol charges the portal meter, triggering Special Wilds at set thresholds.
- Once 42 winning symbols are collected, the portal opens and the Other World free round begins.
Bonus features
Free spins
Collecting 42 winning symbols fully opens the portal and starts the Other World free round with up to 3 portal effects; every 3 symbols collected above 42 adds one more effect, up to 7.
Multipliers
Rich Wilde multiplier wild replaces high-paying symbols and doubles the win it is part of.
Portal
winning cluster symbols charge the portal; at 7 symbols two Special Wilds are added, at 14 two Special Wilds that trigger Abyss if part of a win, and at 27 two Special Wilds that trigger Void if part of a win.
Abyss
removes all symbols in the Special Wild's row or column and uses them to charge the portal.
Void
picks a random high- or low-paying symbol, removes all of them from the grid and uses them to charge the portal.
Other World Bonus
42 winning symbols open the portal for a free round where a portal effect occurs after each set of cascades.
Cthulhu Mega Wild
in the Other World round 11 or 12 eye marks appear; winning clusters over them open them, and opening all eyes releases the Cthulhu Mega Wild, which moves down the grid with each cascade.
In the Other World round, eye marks on the grid open when winning clusters land over them. Opening all eyes releases the Cthulhu Mega Wild, which shifts down one row with each cascade.
